Waluigi is an unlockable playable Rare character in Arcade Smash Bros. and makes his second return in the series since Ultra Smash Bros. IV and removed his status as an assist trophy since Brawl. He was confirmed in the debut of the developement of Arcade in April 1, 2020. Waluigi is classified as fighter #105. He has also his tennis outfit from Mario Tennis Aces for his alternate costumes.

Waluigi shares the same voice actor voiced by Charles Martinet that also reuses the clips from Ultra.
