Each user can sign up upto 4 characters and this game will be on all the Fantendo-created consoles (that are current) which are (if I remember by searching) the Hybrid Δ, Nintendo VR, Nintendo IC, NextGen Bluevolt, LG Kex, HooD'S and the OL Havoc (did I miss any?).

The NPCs appear in crowds, on menus, at the award ceremonies, ect.. Many NPCs have minor roles in the game.
