What are we doing about the graveyard shift?
TheAgentCool (t∣b∣c) has yet to be warned or banned for his actions. He's been banned from chat, sure, but he's a vandal and he has nothing but profanities to shout.
Here's the thing: this isn't a unique case. There have been a lot of morning spammers and vandals and yet we've done like jackshit about it.
We're one of the big 32 on Wikia but we're easily one of the worst structured of those 32. Admins have to go on skype to discuss promotions, but the thing is that a lot of people have quit and there has been nothing done about it! No promotions to speak of and we're down to two crats. It's not just a crat that's leaving, you have numerous sysops that have yet to be replaced.
The sentiment seems to be "more is better" with the community concerning administration but I've yet to see a promotion that wasn't Liam (t∣b∣c). What is going on? Can an admin please explain to me why we don't need more admins when we clearly do in this time?
I'm not trying to be confrontational, but there has to be something done about it.
