On November 6th at 5am PST, Masahiro Sakurai will be holding a video presentation to show off new details about Terry Bogard, likely including his release date.

The video will be 45 minutes long and will focus on Terry and the upcoming Ver. 6.0 update. Sakurai has said the stream will be a treat for Smash Fans, SNK fans and Fighting game fans.
Sakurai has also said that no new unannounced characters wil be shown off in the video.
Its likely Terry comes out tomorrow or the day after. I will update this post when the video goes live.
Update:
Terry is a technical character similar to Ryu or Ken in that you can play him like his own games or like a normal Smash character. Terry always faces his one-on-one opponent while battling on a flat battlefield. A weaker and stronger version of each of his moves can be utilized. Canceling special moves is also possible with Terry. He also posses separate forward and backward specials. Once Terry sustains high damage, a “Go” icon pops up near his name and gives him access to super special moves with traditional move inputs.
Terry will release alongside the King Of Fighters Stadium stage. The stage has a wall that must be broken to fling your opponent off, and features 20 cameo characters from all across the Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting and King of Fighters seires.
Terry will come with 50 new songs. This isnt just limited to the three series listed above, but also other SNK seires such as Metal Slug and Samurai Showdown. This is the most Songs to come with any DLC figther.
There will be a pack of new Mii Costumes. These are Nakoruru from Samurai Shodown, Ryo Sakazaki from Art Of Fighting, Iori Yagami from King of Fighters, and Akira & Jacky from Sega's Virtua Fighter series.
