My 3DS, in some parts, is broken. What should I do about it? also the 12-month warranty has ended.

Why are there [1] [2] for fan-fictions?
There's also "stories", which is basically the same.

So, my Youtube account isn't working. I try to log in, do the correct password, but it doesn't work. Any suggestions?
