The Super Smash Bros. Character Swap: Signups

NOTICE: ONLY SMASH GAMES/SANDBOXES CREATED BEFORE THE 23RD ARE ELIGIBLE TO JOIN. DON'T JUST MAKE A GAME/SANDBOX FOR THE SAKE OF TAKING PART IN THIS.

After noticing (and taking part in) a trend that has creators of Smash games on the wiki making deals to add specific characters to each others' games, I thought it'd be neat to do this as a large-scale thing. Essentially, here's how it works:

  1. You sign up with your name and your Smash game. I thought about letting people without Smash games join, but that moreso turns it into a moveset competition than a character swap. However, you are allowed to sign up if you are in the process of planning a Smash game, provided that this character shows up on the roster.
  2. Once signups are closed, I will use randomization to determine pairings of people.
  3. Each pairing will discuss with each other who they want in each others' games, and are required to mutually agree on characters. So no suggesting characters out of spite.
  4. Each person gets to work on a moveset. I highly recommend detailing all four special moves (and Final Smash) and a general outline of their playstyle, but formatting of movesets usually varies based on the game. If you just list names of special moves, that ain't enough. Put some effort into the work!

Overall, this game helps add variety to the Smash games of Fantendo while also allowing for people to have input on each others' rosters. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
