The Legend Of Zelda: The Hyrule Fantasy 3D is an action-adventure video game for the Nintendo 3DS, and a remake of the first game in The Legend Of Zelda series, which was originally released for the Nintendo Entertainment System. The Hyrule Fantasy 3D was released on February 21, 2016 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the release of the first game.

The Legend Of Zelda: The Hyrule Fantasy 3D completely re-imagines the first game in the series with enhanced graphics similar to those seen in A Link Between Worlds. The overworld is expanded and more locations of Hyrule can be explored, though some locations require upgrades to be unlocked within the dungeons before they can be traveled to. Weather vanes return from A Link Between Worlds as save points. Horses can also be ridden in the overworld. The touchscreen on the 3DS has a similar function as it does in OOT3D and MM3D, allowing players to view the map and their inventory. Labyrinths are redesigned, as well as boss fights, although the main basic layouts of the labyrinths and the bosses themselves remain the same. Like the original game, there are 9 main labyrinths and a much-harder second quest that is unlocked upon completion of the first quest.
