Ikari, more commonly known as The Allseer, is a demi-god, the embodiment of wrath, and part of The Seven Puppeteers, the evil equivalent of The Seven Kings. He's the main villain of the Shadow Lands franchise, being the main adversary of the Jereni twins, Allen and Alex. A being bent of the total domination of the multiverse, The Allseer is immensely powerful and a force to be reckoned with. Known for his twin "wrist-scythes", his brutality, and the genocides he's committed, The Allseer was once an angel who was kicked out of The Aboverealm who then became a withered and spiteful being bent on revenge.
Personality[]
The Allseer takes pleasure in destroying...anything. Whether it be living beings or inanimate objects, The Allseer is bent on destroying what Agnella and The Seven Kings have worked so hard to create as a way to get back at Agnella for his former banishment. He's an unrelenting person, going whatever lengths are needed to destroy what he's currently targeting. The Allseer is also known for how unforgiving he is, which is highlighted in his mentor/student relationship with his apprentice, Rensa. When Rensa fails, The Allseer is quick to punish him, ultimately molding Rensa into "the perfect student". His fighting style reflects his personality, with him using unruly tactics to gain the upper hand over his opponents.
Powers[]
Soul-Stealing: The Allseer uses his "wrist-scythes" to kill his adversaries. Said scythes then absorb their souls to make them less battle-damaged.
Healing Factor: The Allseer, being granted with the powers of a fallen angel and a demi-god, has a healing factor that helps him sustain most injuries.
Instant Disappearing: With a swift "woosh" of his cape, The Allseer can disappear and reappear in the general vicinity he's in to surprise his opponents.
Mind Manipulation: As shown with The Seven Puppeteers and Rensa, The Allseer is extremely well-versed in manipulating the mind and contorting it in ways he likes.
Wrist-Scythes: Over his many years of existence, The Allseer has learned many fighting styles and incorporated them into the way he uses his wrist-scythes.

The Allseer's real name, Ikari, is Japanese for "wrath".
The Allseer, while being part of The Seven Puppeteers, is not the first being to take his position in that team.
