Team Gaia is a criminal organization from TwilightXDawn and TwilightXTwilight headed by someone known as the boss. The group takes similarities to many different criminal organizations from the Pokemon franchise, but is mostly similar to a military type group.
Originally, they are seen as invincible (Except to rivals, Team Rocket V2) to many of the people in Carnia and eventually manage to take over a large portion of the islands. However, their reign of terror begins to fade following the Boss' defeat at the hands of Red (Pokemon Red-Blue).

In TwilightXDawn, they appear in Nate Story's story in which use all of their tactics against Team Lightning (Lightning, Nate, Erdrick, Red and Terra) but are eventually defeated by Red who uses fights against the boss alone.
Appearance[]
They are very similar to both the Niflheim army (From Final Fantasy XV) and the Ather Paradise (From Pokemon Sun and Moon) design wise.
