The following is a list of Trophies and Spirits originating from the Pokémon series in Super Smash Bros. Charged.
Trophies
Pichu
If this looks like a baby, juvenile Pikachu to you, then you aren't wrong. One of the first Baby Pokémon ever discovered, Pichu is the adorable pre-evolution to the popular Pikachu. Pichu is capable of storing and generating electricity from its pouches much like Pikachu, but because of its young age and general inexperience, it may risk getting a bit overzealous and discharge more energy than it can handle, causing self-harm. Pichu also has trouble keeping its electricity in check, and may release it sporadically when surprised or scared. In Smash Bros., Pichu is the single lightest character in the game, and as such it can be KO'ed quite easily. However, it makes up for this with very quick and powerful attacks! Be careful though, any electric moves will inflict self-harm!

Pichu (Alt.)
Pichu has a couple new attacks in Charged compared to Melee and Ultimate. Its new neutral special is Electro Ball, which fires a slow-moving orb of electricity that will lightly home in on opponents nearby. It's not very fast, but it's good for racking up damage, shocking foes multiple times if they're struck. Fling is its new side special, where it launches itself forward to slam into anyone in the way. It's not too useful on its own, but tap the special button again for Pichu to discharge electricity around itself, dealing a lot more damage and knockback! That said, this also means Pichu takes 5% recoil damage. Use with caution.

Incineroar
Let's get ready to rumble! This massive cat wrestler is actually a Pokémon, and is the fully-evolved form of Litten, one of the Alola region's starters. Its name as the Heel Pokémon couldn't be more accurate: it is extremely aggressive and has a tendency to use underhanded tactics to win a battle. It may also try to attack the opponent's trainer too. As a Fire / Dark dual-type, Incineroar can spew flames from the belt-shaped naval on its waist, but in Smash Bros., it doesn't have any need for that. A grappling-based character, Incineroar's throws are deadly and can deal a lot of damage. Its combo game is surprisingly strong for a heavyweight, and enemies who aren't careful may find themselves at very dangerous percentages early on in the fight!

Incineroar (Alt.)
Alolan Whip is Incineroar's side special, and it sees it grab an opponent and throw them into wrestling ring ropes, having them bounce back to it. The move has three variations depending on when the special button is tapped again. If timed JUST as the opponent and Incineroar meet, it throws a deadly lariat that deals heavy damage and knockback. Hitting the special button earlier instead sees it using a back body drop, launching the opponent upward. It doesn't do as much damage, but it might be able to KO them earlier if you grab an opponent close to the top blast zone! A later press results in a German suplex, which is a very reliable combo starter. Not pressing the button at all just has the two collide, and deals 5% recoil damage to Incineroar. So be sure to time it properly!

Pheromosa
Pheromosa is one of the Ultra Beasts, a group of bizarre, extradimensional Pokémon that hail from a realm known as Ultra Space. One may see it and think it bears resemblance to a cockroach, though its behavior couldn't be further from the truth. It considers the Pokémon world to be very unclean and dislikes touching anything within it. It also gives off a special pheromone, which causes humans around it to be awestruck by its presence and drawn to it. In Smash Bros., Pheromosa is a tall lightweight with very quick moves, mostly centered around kicks. Beast Boost is its signature passive ability, which will make it stronger once it KO's an opponent! It can keep getting stronger by racking up KO's, making it especially effective in free-for-alls. But once Pheromosa gets KO'ed, all of those buffs are lost and it's back to square one.

Raichu
The Pikachu evolutionary line starts with Pichu, then goes to Pikachu, and then goes to Raichu! This Electric-type exudes a light electric glow all over its body, and can light itself up in a dark room. Its storing capabilities surpass that of Pikachu, allowing it to store up to 100,000 volts of electricity in its sacs! However, if it stores too much energy within itself, it will become aggressive. When its electricity sacs are fully charged up, Raichu's ears will stand up straight and its muscles become stimulated.

Audino
The feelers on Audino's ears can act as stethoscopes, allowing it to feel the beat of another Pokémon's heart, letting it assess their health and condition. As the Hearing Pokémon, Audino has incredible hearing capabilities, and it has a radar-like auditory sense that allows it to understand its surroundings just by using sound. In fact, it is said that it's able to hear a rolling pebble from a mile away! Audino has an incredibly kind heart, making it the perfect Pokémon companion for nurses and doctors. Dr. Mario would probably like to have one in his office!

Doublade
This Pokémon consists of two swords, and often form a cross shape. The swords are able to communicate with humans and other Pokémon telepathically, and it uses this ability to carry out complex attacks that are unstoppable even by those skilled at swordplay. Which begs the question: who is more dangerous, a sword user or a living sword? Anyway, Doublade can emit an extremely unnerving sound by rubbing the blades together. It evolves from Honedge.

Aegislash
Watch out! It's the Ghost / Steel dual-type Pokémon, Aegislash, from the Kalos region. Evolving from Duoblade through the use of a Dusk Stone, it can detect the innate qualities of leadership. According to legend, whoever recognizes it is destined to become king, fitting for its title of the Royal Sword Pokémon. Aegislash has two forms it can enter depending on what types of attacks it uses. For offensive moves, it assumes its Blade Forme, exposing its hardened blade that it uses to slash its foes. When using defensive moves, it instead uses its Shield Forme, blocking attacks with its shield. In this form, Aegislash can use the strength and weight of its blade to cut through any opponent!

Spritzee
This tiny bird-like creature is Spritzee, the Perfume Pokémon. A Fairy-type, it emits a scent based on its diet and enraptures those around it using a scent pouch. In battle, its Aroma Veil ability makes it completely immune to other Pokémon's abilities, such as Taunt, Encore, or Infatuate! It's said that in the past, royal women such as queens and duchesses carried around a personal Spritzee instead of using perfume.

Aromatisse
The evolved form of Spritzee, Aromatisse is the Fragrance Pokémon. Its face resembles that of both a plague doctor and a masquerade mask, and its behavior reflects both. Aromatisse is capable of giving off a variety of different smells, ranging from something really sweet and pleasant, to something so awful and repugnant that it can turn the tide of battle in its favor. It can also chase a Pokémon to make it lose its will to battle or its sense of smell. Its signature move, Aromatic Mist, covers an ally Pokémon in mysterious aura, which temporarily raises their special defense.

Rowlet
This cute owl-like Pokémon is Rowlet, the Grass starter of the Alola region. As its title of the Grass Quill Pokémon would imply, it attacks with razor-sharp feathers from its wings that it fires like projectiles. As you would expect from an owl, it's a nocturnal creature, is able to rotate its head 180-degrees, and is able to fly slightly through the air, being able to catch its prey off-guard. It stores energy during the day using photosynthesis, which it uses during night time on the hunt.

Nihilego
This is one of the Ultra Beasts that originate from Ultra Space. When scientific knowledge of it and other Ultra Beasts was in its infancy, it was referred to by the name of UB-01 Symbiont. A Rock / Poison dual-type, this Pokémon bears great resemblance to a jellyfish, although it's actually more of a parasite! It operates by latching itself onto a host's head and secreting neurotoxins into their brain, altering their behavior and effectively taking control of them. Nihelego's level of intelligence is unknown but according to Wicke, it seems to act mainly on a self-preservation instinct.

Necrozma
The Prism Pokémon, Necrozma makes up a third of the Light Trio, along with Solgaleo and Lunala. Its signature move, Photon Geyser, can be especially lethal against inexperienced Pokémon. Though it wasn't that prevalent in Pokémon Sun and Moon, in the remakes Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, it can fuse with Solgaleo and Lunala (depending on the game) to unlock new, powerful forms! Necrozma comes from Ultra Space, and in Ultra Megaopolis it is known as "The Binding One". It once had the ability to give light, but lost this power after being injured by ancestors of the Ultra Recon Squad in an attempt to seal its light. It's theorized that the Sparkling Stones used to perform Z-Moves are parts of Necrozma's body.

Ultra Necrozma
In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, after Necrozma has absorbed enough light, it will undergo a process called Ultra Burst and assumes its true form: Ultra Necrozma! A celestial dragon-like Pokémon made of pure light, this is one of the strongest Pokémon in the series! Its body can exceed 10,000 degrees Fahrenheit, and anything that touches it will melt from the sheer heat. It has the ability to fire massive laser beams from its body, which can reach up to 18 miles in distance and will burn everything in their path. When Ultra Necrozma uses up all of its light energy, it enters a deep, dreamless slumber, allowing it to regain that energy.
