Star Wars Battlefront II is a Star Wars video game developed by Morningwood Studios, Nakamura Interactive and Tachibana Games, and published by Morningwood Arts. Star Wars Battlefront II will be released June 9th, 2018 for those who pre-order and will be released world-wide the next day. The game will be playable on the Xbox One, Xbox One X, PlayStation 4 and PS4 Neo, PC, Wii U and Nintendo Switch. The game will be running on Semblance 5.0, a newer version of the engine.
The game includes all of its predecessor's gameplay mechanics, however some have been added to.
Like the previous game, players can choose one of the six trooper classes. In this game, a new special unit has been added which depend on faction, bringing the classes up to seven. However, like the first two special units, the new is also only obtainable with Points.
Skins for troopers are also available.
Heroes and Villains
Unlike the previous game, there are now skins for certain heroes and villains.
With the addition of the Sequel Trilogy, the Resistance X-wing and A-wing, and the First Order TIE/FO and TIE/SF starfighters join the roster of starfighters along with the Galactic Republic, Confederacy, Galactic Empire and Rebel Alliance.
The Bomber class has been added to the roster as well.
Special Pick-ups have been removed from the game for balancing issues.
Like the previous game, players can buy new Star Cards with Credits and are only upgrade-able through Card-specific challenges. Star Cards are also not only limited to troopers but to Heroes and Starfighters as well.
Still working on this part. Sorry.
