
Splatoon 3 Operation β (or Splatoon 3 Operation Beta) the 3rd game in the Splatoon Series. The game is developed with the assistance of Nightcap Devs. The game takes place 3 years after the events of Splatoon 2.
Gameplay[]
The game plays just like Splatoon and it's sequel. The goal is to use your weapon to cover as much with ink as possible. Each time you play a match,you will earn some points and money. Once you earn enough points,you will level up and you'll be able to buy more weapons and gear.
Character Customization[]
Inkopolis Central[]
This game takes place on the hottest spot of Inkopolis at the moment. Inkopolis Central. This hang out spot is bigger than Inkopolis Plaza and Inkopolis Square.
To access the battle modes,you need to enter the Kamabo Tower,wich is located at the north side of the Central. Once you enter the Tower,you need to take the escalator and talk to Receptionist C.Q. Cumber. You can find Dedf1sh playing music next to the escalator. In front of the tower,you can find Judd and Lil' Judd wich will give you advice and rewards.
The West side of the Central is where the Coast is Located. The Coast is where Inklings and Octolings go to buy gear and weapons. There's a Mailbox next to the Coast with can be used to post drawings online.
To the South of the Central,you can find the Crust Bucket,where you can buy food to get some perks. In front of the Crust Bucket,You can find Nail. Nail can help you adjust gear.
Finally,To the East of the Central,you can find Off the Hook's Studio. The entrance is guarded by Reely. Who can edit replays if you talk to him.

She doesn't really talk to other inklings. And besides setting music for Inklings and Octolings,she only seems to take orders from C.Q. Cumber. |

Reely: A Chum Salmonid that has managed to make his way to inkopolis when he found the place by accidentally going through a strange hole in the Salmonid Smokeyard. He ran into Off the Hook and as a thanks for their Kindness,he's been working for them as their Camera Man.
Once you're done with a match,A replay will automatically be saved. Heading to Off the Hook's Studio will let you talk to him and he will allow you to edit your replays and upload them to your social media. Unfortunately,Despite him being different,some Inklings and Octolings tend to avoid going close to him due to most Salmonids being instinct driven. |

Nail: This spiky gal can be found in front of the Crust Bucket. Talking to her will allow you to add slots to your gear or re-roll already existing slots. She can even add the ability you want if you have enough ability chunks. Using her services costs a lot of cash or 1 Super Sea Snail.
If you take a look at a player in the central,you can call her and order the gear the player is wearing from her. Ordering gear from her is a bit more expensive than buying from the store and the Gear doesn't come with the same abilities as the person you ordered them from. |

Hero Mode: Operation β[]

This mode can be accessed by following Himari,who can be found in front of the entrance to the Deep Sea Metro.
In this mode,The New Squidbeak Splatoon recruits you and tells you that they were attacked by an army of weird creatures. They also tell you this army has not only stolen the Great Zapfish,but also one of their prisoners.
Once they explain everything to you,They give you the title of Agent β. From that point,Your goal is to make your way through multiple levels and find out who's the one behind the theft of the Great Zapfish.

Both Regular Battle and Ranked Battle have separate stage rotations. Every two hours,these stage rotations will change (Along side the Game Mode in Ranked Battle). Unlike the previous games,There are 4 stages available instead of 2 in a rotation. The stages will also be played in a fixed order instead of randomly. Like previous games,you can recon the stages to get a better idea of how they work. There are currently 16 stages.
Salmon Run[]

Mr. Grizz has decided to move his business to the central in order to earn more Golden Eggs. This mode is only available during certain times of the day. In this mode,your job is to collect Golden Eggs during 3 waves of enemies.
During each wave,you need to meet a quota in order to move onto the next wave. Golden Eggs will be dropped by Boss Salmonids and if you fail to meet

to quota or if all 4 of your teamates are splatted,you'll be unable to move onto the next wave.
Once you've completed all 3 waves,you'll earn points depending on how well you've performed. Once you've reached a certain amount of points,you'll earn your bonus. You'll also earn some experience points and once you've earned enough,you'll earn a new employee rank. How many points you get during a shift depends on how high your rank is. The higher your rank is,the bigger the quota will be during the waves.

Once it's spinning out,You need to keep shooting it until it drops it's golden eggs. |

Wailer: They will slowly move towards you and try to inhale you. Once their done inhaling,they will let out a small Killer Wail Beam. Throwing a splat bomb in their mouths while they're inhaling will splat them. |

Chain Jaw: They cannot be splatted due to the green chains surrounding them. They use the chains attack inklings. Getting hit by the tip of the chain will result in you getting splatted. You need to shoot at it while the chain isn't warped around him. |

Boomer: They will block shots with their Ink-erangs. They will throw 2 Ink-erangs at 2 targets and wait for them to come back. While the Ink-erangs are gone,you can strike him. You can defeat him faster by reflecting the Ink-erangs. |

Pinhead: They will appear at shores and roll Ink Bowling Balls at you. You'll need to shoot at the pots in order to defeat it,but the pots can take a lot of damage. To defeat it faster,you'll need to reflect the Ball back at it. |

Faucefish: They will slowly move towards you and take aim. Once they take aim,they will fire a barrage of ink at you. After firing,their vehicle needs to cool off for a few seconds. During these seconds,you have to get behind them and shoot them with ink there. |

High Tide: The water level will rise,Giving you less ground to move on. |
Low Tide: The water level will lower. When this happens,Salmonids will appear at a new area of the map. The egg basket will also be moved to that location. |
Rush: During this event,the tide will rise and Nightime Chums will appear along side goldies. The Chums will home in on the player that's is being swarmed by fireflies. |
Fog: Fog will appear,making it harder to see. Salmonids will also come in from all different directions instead of from one path. |
Goldie Seeking: Gushers will appear all around the map. Shooting the right Gusher will reveal a Goldie. You will then need to shoot this Goldie and make it drop it's Golden Eggs. |
Griller: During this event,Grillers will seek a player. You will need to splat these Grillers in order to get Power Eggs. Only one will appear on the map at the start,but later two will appear. |
Cohock Charge: During this event,the tide will lower and only Cohocks will appear along with the other Boss Salmonids. Cannons will also appear so that you can get rid of them much easier. |
Mothership: During this event,A Mothership will appear. A bunch of Chinooks will fly out of the Mothership to drop lesser Salmonids. The Mothership will eventually try to go for the Egg Basket. Once that happens,you'll need to shoot at the Mothership to prevent it from taking any Golden Eggs. |
Salmonling Assault: During this event,the water level will lower. Only Salmonlings will appear,behaving like the Player Inklings and Octolings. Only 2 Salmonlings will appear at a time,but later 3 will appear. |

Easter Eggs/Miscellaneous[]
- Spyke and Murch can be seen across the street at the South of the Central. They cannot be interacted with however,since you can't cross the street.
- In Samurai Kicks,You can see a Poster of Callie on the wall along side a TV with her performing.
- This is a reference to the fact the Octo Samurai is a fan of Callie according to "The Art of Splatoon 2".
- In the Hydrink Springs,You can see Octonozzles in the Springs. These Octonozzles are in charge of adding ink in the springs so that Inklings and Octolings can swim in them.
- Outside of the Hydrink Springs,An Octomaw can be seen swimming around and guarding the water without ink.
- This Easter Egg was User:KingEvilWaffles' idea.
- In the Trylobyte Arcade,There are some screens that have Paruko from Chirpy Chips on it. If you stand close to one of those screens,you can hear her singing the vocals of the Song "Shellfie".
