Ragnarr is a small, imp demon-esque Pokémon resembling Souldier to an extent, sharing the same horn type, body shape, and the form of tails with her.
His extra set of arms enables him to interact with objects in a wider variety of ways. Due to this, he can achieve feats of strength beyond those of Souldier, and can keep up with a Machamp despite being drastically smaller than said Machamp.
He has three tails; One resembling one of Equonix's broadsword tails, and the other two resembling two of Crystoul's five orb tails(minus the cyan markings). The orb tails function like the tails of his relatives, but the Sword-esque tail has a unique purpose. If he manages to bite it in his sleep, it is said that a yard radius around him will be set ablaze.
All the firey spots on him are said to burn whoever touches them. However, this is only the case with humans(and predators, if frightened). Due to this, he can litterally start a war if he touches enough people.
His eyes are said to steal the soul of whoever stares into them. Again, this only applies to humans, meaning that he can't steal the souls of other Pokémon. Much like Souldier, stealing souls from humans merely nourishes him, and he can use other methods to get the hold of them. Alas, he can still eat like any other Pokémon.
His cries can induce insaity to those that hear it, and will effect Humans and Pokémon that were caught in Pokéballs. Due to this, he would strategically remain silent until a Pokémon Trainer gets the alleged chance to catch him.
Minimum stats are calculated with 0 EVs, IVs of 0, and a hindering nature, if applicable.
Maximum stats are calculated with 252 EVs, IVs of 31, and a helpful nature, if applicable.

The user and the target's HP become the average of their current HP, rounded down, but not more than the maximum HP of either one.
