Plot[]

In a corrupting world of the United States, one of the worlds leaders in robotics, Search Industries, in a fit of bankruptcy the leader Chrome Hansen begins to fall into despair over losing his company and goes rouge on the United States, which forces him to set out his robots into major, killing machines against the United States.

Search Industries, being so far in front of technology than others, become the most powerful people in the United States with even the military being underpowered against Chrome and Search Industries killer machines. However, one of the technicians amongst the military, Missy Logs , uncovers an abandoned project dubbed, Project H.A.M.M.E.R. Being the United State's last hope for survival over Search Industries, Missy Logs revives the one remaining Project H.A.M.M.E.R prototype.

Missy teaches the half-man and half-robot prototype in which she names M-09 to live, program himself and most importantly, use the power of his machinery and his Breaker Hammer to save the world. Once M-09 has learnt the basics of living, he starts on saving the United States by heading to Search Industries. Our hero storms down the

streets of New York City as he makes his way to Search Industries, laying waste to all of Chrome Hansen's killer robots.

Upon arrival at Search Industries, M-09 hacks into the Security Feed, using a Hacker Missy Logs gave to him, and discovers the location of Chrome Hansen's Office. M-09 then heads to Chrome Hansen's office in hopes of ending his period of destruction

When M-09 arrives at Chrome's Office he finally encounters Chrome Hansen for the first time. Chrome announces he has heard much about M-09 from his "inside sources". At that moment, M-09 questions what Chrome could mean by his "inside sources" and who it could be (or what), however Chrome breaks escapes leaving M-09 still guessing.

M-09 contacts Missy Logs about Chrome's "inside sources in which Missy has no helpful information besides speculation. However she does suggest looking through Chrome's computer database which shows numerous transactions to Nathan Pinson, an independent manufacturer who specializes in generating computer technology.

With a new lead on where all Chrome's money went, M-09 decides to visit Nathan Pinson at Independent Outlet, his most likely location, the problem is when M-09 arrives at Independent Outlets the entire place is in Lockdown over a outburst of deadly gas released into the air from one of the Scientist Labs. After searching through the particularly small crowd, Nathan Pinson is nowhere to be found, and still inside the building

Fortunately M-09 is equipped with a Oxygen Regulator however it is inaccessible unless Software Upgrades are enabled, something which is not. However Missy can enable it if M-09 returns to HQ, which he does and Missy enables Software Upgrades. Unknown to M-09 and Missy, a unseen character appears on the screen of Missy's supercomputer, Vira. Whilst M-09 and Missy aren't watching, she hacks into Missy's computer, foreshadowing

events later in the story.

M-09 returns to his mission and relocates Independent Outlet and enters through a hidden door, with the help of Missy's computer locating it. M-09 enters the building and immediately notices the strange coloured air from the deadly gas. Due to the discomfort of the Oxygen Regulator, M-09 decides to immediately search for the Air Purifier. M-09 soon finds the Air Purifier and restores the Air to healthy conditions and can remove the Oxygen Regulator.

Lastly, M-09 searches for Nathan Pinson in the Technology Quarter who he soon finds. However Nathan is in his dead state until he is awakened in which sets the Neon Energy coursing through his veins. Nathan is initially enraged until M-09 manages to return him out of his enraged consciousness.

Once Nathan Pinson is calmed down, through interrogation, M-09 discovers why Chrome's money was ending up in Nathan's pocket and who Chrome's "inside source". Chrome Hansen had tasked Nathan Pinson with creating an Artificial Intelligence, Vira who became Chrome's "inside source", which could hack into technology and steal money and end up in Chrome's account. Unfortunately Nathan's artificial intelligence programmed wrong and instead hacked into technology for her own purposes instead of what Chrome wanted her to do. Chrome attempted to hack into Vira however she changed and is hacking into every bit of technology and will wipe reality and it's too late to stop her.

M-09 leaves Nathan lying on the floor and contacts Missy again, feeding her information from his confrontation with Nathan. However, she believes their is a way to stop Vira by travelling into, Virtuality.

Once Missy has proposed her plan, M-09 agrees however entries to Virtuality are scarce and the only known one in New York City is in the abandoned Military Base, Millo. M-09 eventually arrives at Millo to discover the security is enabled and Millo is swarming with Security-Bots, active cameras and other various security which could instantly kill M-09

Eventually M-09 reaches the Virtuality Gate by stealthy sneaking through Millo. He finds the Security Shutdown which he activates and disables the security, as well as the Security-Bots surrounding the Virtuality Gate. M-09

finally enters the Virtuality Gate and ends up in Virtuality, a futuristic world which is currently suffering from Vira's reign.

M-09 attempts to locate Vira in the corrupting Virtuality whilst making sure virus's don't attack his machine-half.

The land of Virtuality is rapidly deteriorating under Vira's control and M-09 finds himself in "The Dark Land", the are of Virtuality which has been mostly deleted. Suddenly Vira appears and puts M-09 into her special "Trials" to test id M-09 is worthy of living.

Eventually M-09 completes Vira's with exceeding results and Vira attempts to befriend M-09 however M-09 attacks Vira instead, seeing through her plan, and eventually Vira is defeated and stored in an encryption key.

M-09 exits Virtuality and returns to HQ and Missy searches through Vira's hardware for any clues as to Chrome's whereabouts. Suddenly, the glass wall inside HQ shatters and Chrome Hansen breaks in, prepared to kill M-09 and Missy Logs. After a long fight, M-09 ends up victorious against Chrome Hansen, who is now assumed dead.

After the fight M-09 and Missy return to the Supercomputer and Missy puts her headgear back on. However, when Chrome entered. Missy left Vira's hardware open giving her time to hack into Missy's headgear. A large electric burst from her headgear sends Missy to the ground.
