Plutia, known as Pururut in japan, is a character from Hyperdimension Neptunia series, debuting on Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory as a playable character.
In the game, Plutia has been infected and turned into pure-evil by the Sigma Virus, making her very sadistic and cold personality even worse than before, torturing anyone who's in her path but Sigma, who she is working for until she got restored by Megaman X and Purple Heart in the game's penultimate chapter when the player's party encounters her for the last time.
