Phantocedo is a Bug-type and Ghost-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IX.
Phantocedo evolves from Sillean when Leveled Up while holding the Reaper Cloth and is one of the final evolutions of Silksyly, the other being Riphuttler.
Phantocedo is based on several species of Butterfly, the Pokémon has a relatively small body but long limbs, wings and antennae giving it a larger size than it appears. The Pokémon's wings are completely see through excluding a singular Black spot towards the edge of each wing, strangely the wings completely lack the stained glass-effect seen on many Butterflies. The Pokémon's body is quite small and is covered in a thick layer of black fur that even covers the proximal joints of its limbs. The Pokémon has a pattern on its underbelly of white fur that makes it appear like it's wearing a suit and tie.
The Pokémon's limbs are quite large and has four clawed hands and feet with one claw behaving like a thumb on its arms, in addition Phantocedo appears to possess a hook-like feature on the joints of its limbs, these hooks all face towards the proximal end of the Pokémon. The Pokémon has two black quills which are quite short although extend out from the abdomen of the Pokémon, they're very sleek and appear to reflect light slightly similar to the silk of its pre-evolution. The Pokémon's head is fairly simplistic, it has narrow red coloured eyes with a short face ending in a cone-like mouth piece.
