The POW ? Block, pronounced as POW Question Block, is an item in the Dry Bones Kart series. It is the prototype of the POW Block, which debuts in Dry Bones Kart Wii. It acts similar to the POW Block (the warning crashes, making them lose their items, and shaking the course) and the Red Shell (flipping over players on the third strike). Despite these differences, this item looks like the ? Block.
Dry Bones Kart series
A peculiar item called the POW ? Block appears a new item in this game, which appears to be an amalgamation of the ? Block and the POW Block. They appear above the kart, make three warning crashes, and flip the player similar to that of a Red Shell, except they make him lose any items. It can be avoided if the player is in the air. Pressing the use items button gives the player a milder version of the effect and only spins him out.
POW ? Blocks appear as an item. They appear above the kart, make three warning crashes, and flip the player similar to that of a Red Shell, except they make him lose any items. Only Metal Mario and Lakitu can get this item.
The POW ? Block returns in this installment as well, serving the same purpose a its debut.
The POW ? Block is set to return in this installment as well, serving the same purpose a its previous two appearances.
Mario Kart series
Because of its popularity in the Dry Bones Kart series, the POW ? Block will be a brand new item in Mario Kart Platinum. It will act the same as the Super POW Block, which will be another new item in this game.
