Octoseekers are Octarian enemies originating in Splatoon 2. When the light in front of it shines on the player, it will move towards them and attempt to stomp down on and crush the Inkling. While it is on the ground, the player can ink the side and climb on top of it. The player cannot climb up the front, however, because the cockpit window is made of glass, an uninkable surface.

Description/Overview

The Octoseeker is a helicopter created by the Octarians for reconnaissance and attack. It is piloted by a (presumably elite) Twintacle Octotrooper, which uses a joystick to move the craft and a button to raise and lower it. The front contains a window for the Twintacle to see out, which is uninkable (glass); the front also contains a searchlight, presumably for the operator to see in the darkness. The back contains a door and an A/C unit, presumably to keep the pilot comfortable.
