Starter Stages
Alrest The Alrest from the World of Xenoblade was fused with the other worlds that Gearix Army consumed, served as the Gearix Army's military base and researching Mechons. Pyra's Driver, Rex was sacrificed to save Pyra from the Gearix Army's large gear consuming them and researches Aegis' powers.	Park Avenue The Park Avenue from the World of Sonic was fused with the other worlds that Gearix Army consumed, served as the Gearix Army's military base.	Everwood The Everwood from the World of Monster Hunter was fused with the other worlds that Gearix Army consumed, served as the Gearix Army's military base. The Gearix Army captured the monsters and used them as the weapons.
Unlockable Stages
Mushroom Kingdom Peach's Castle from the World of Mario was fused with the other worlds that Gearix Army consumed, served as the Gearix Army's base of operation.	Hyrule Castle The castle of Hyrule was fused with the other worlds that Gearix Army consumed, served as the Gearix Army's base of operation.	Zebes Base The base of the Planet Zebes from the World of Metroid was fused with the other worlds that Gearix Army consumed, served as the Gearix Army's military base. The Gearix Army allied with the Space Pirates, hoping that Samus Aran will be eliminated but unknowingly Ridley became suspicious about Gearix Army's true plot.
Jungle Hijinx The jungle from the World of Donkey Kong (actually part of World of Mario) was fused with the other worlds that Gearix Army consumed, served as the Gearix Army's base of operation.	Saffron City The Saffron City from the World of Pokemon was fused with the other worlds that Gearix Army consumed, served as the Gearix Army's research base for controlling the Pokemon.	Dedede Castle The Dedede Castle from the World of Kirby was fused with the other worlds that Gearix Army consumed, served as the Gearix Army's military base. King Dedede and Meta Knight decide to find the survivors from the other worlds and form the resistance army to fight off the Gearix Army.
Corneria The Corneria from the World of Star Fox was fused with the other worlds that Gearix Army consumed, served as the Gearix Army's military base and researching bioweapons that Andross created. The Corneria army tries to stop the Gearix Army, but they were all decimated by the Gearix Army's created bioweapons. General Pepper and Peppy decide to find the survivors from the other worlds and form the resistance army to fight off the Gearix Army.	Shadowspring The Shadowspring from the World of Fatal Frame was fused with the other worlds that Gearix Army consumed, served as the Gearix Army's base of operation. The Gearix Army know that the hostile spirits are interrupting their operation, they're forced to enter their Sleep Mode until the hostile spirits left and resume their operation.	Overworld The Overworld from the World of Kid Icarus was fused with the other worlds that Gearix Army consumed, served as the Gearix Army's military base.
Colisseum The Colisseum from the World of Fire Emblem was fused with the other worlds that Gearix Army consumed, served as the Gearix Army's military base.	Battlefield The Battlefield is the training area where all fighters are trained together.	Gearix Base The Gearix Army's base, served as their headquarter that Pyra and the others are headed.
Story-Mode Stages
Final Road: End of the World The final location where Pyra and the others are collecting the seven Pure Hearts in order to save Rex after he was killed by Sagha who reveals to be Pyra's dark side.
