Misery is a character created by CrakaboLazy4090 (tbc). She made her debut in KillGames.

Appearence[]

Misery is a female ninja with tan skin and white hair, which ends in a small ponytail. She wears a skin-tight suit, with it unzipped at the front revealing part of her chest, along with a large red scarf. She wears a mask and wrist guards and her hands are covered in bandages. She has yellow eyes as a result of being exposed to Ashura's powers.

In KillGames 2, she lacks a mask, and possesses a scar on her left eye. Her outfit is mostly the same, though possesses red streaks and bandages to cover her breasts. Her scarf is also larger.

In KillGames: Rechained, she has gained a substantial redesign. She is back to wearing a mask, though keeps the scar from her KillGames: 2 design. Dark purple armor is now layered onto her suit, including on her shoulders, around her chest, and on her hips. Her suit is also a lighter color around the arms and legs.

Personality[]

Being an assassin, Misery is cold and calculated in her work. She doesn't like killing, only doing it because she is forced to. She has a strict code of honor and will never kill a civilian no matter what Ashura says, preferring to only kill those who have done bad things or will give her a good challenge. She often likes to call out on her enemy's mistakes.

Abilities[]

Misery's weapon, Ashura (renamed to Murasame in the reboot), is not only a sword, but a demon, and grants Misery increased speed and power. He will occasionally enhance her slashes by giving them demon energy, or take over Misery's mind to do the killing himself. She also wields shurikens, has the ability to turn invisible and can summon shadow clones to attack her enemies.

Story[]

Backstory[]

A mysterious travelling ninja, Misery is bound to a demon known as Ashura, sealed inside of the katana she wields. Ashura forces her to kill people and feed him blood in exchange for incredible power. Of course, not liking being forced to kill people, Misery tried to find any way to get rid of him. Eventually, she found herself at Neo York City, and believes that if she wins the KillGames, she can get rid of Ashura.

KillGames[]

Misery makes her debut in Chapter 2 of Redge's story. She attempts to assassinate the group, as the three have been marked and will net her a large point count for killing them. She fights against Lane, but is defeated, running away. She returns in Chapter 3, fighting alongside Colt against Redge and Lane. Both of them lose. They almost get crushed by rubble, but are saved at the right time by Yuki before she is kidnapped.

In Chapter 4, right before Redge and Lane get destroyed by a robot, Misery suddenly appears and blocks the attack, decided to help the two after Yuki saved her life (bringing Colt along with her because of the same reason). Though Colt doesn't do much, Misery helps them take out the robot. In Chapter 5, when Redge, Lane, Yuki and Zmei are transported to hell by Soul, she and Ashura attempt to break them out. They end up being successful, managing to break the main three out in the nick of time.

In the Final Chapter, she is seen at the start, staying behind and letting the main three go into the final battle. However, later on, it is revealed that she and Ashura were trying to open another portal to Hell. They manage to bring Shine, Sharkman, and several Wastelanders back from the dead, and they use the opportunity to literally drag Maligna into Hell. In the end, she is seen alongside the eight survivors, standing outside of the stadium and watching the sun rise.
