'Prince of the Nearby Land' is really angry with 'Genie of the Lamp' and 'Besmirched Noble's Son'. So he spends every day with anger and revenge. One day, the strange soul appeared to him, and asked. "How about revenge to 'Besmirched Noble's Son' and 'Genie of the Lamp'? I can help you..." He fell into temptation, and got coalesced with the soul. And... the DEVIL EMPEROR borned! He took face of the 'Genie of the Lamp' and 'Besmirched Noble's Son'!
