Mega Man Blast 2 (Known in Japan as Rock Man Blast 2: The Next Showdown with Wily) is a 2D 8-bit Mega Man that is to be made by Vision Studios and Inti Creates and released sometime in 2018 or 2019. It was revealed on January 31st 2018 with a release date planned for either late 2018 or early 2019 to celebrate Mega Mans 30th anniversary
Story[]
Months following the previous defeat of Wily, Lyric returns to the Light household having recovered. Since he has nowhere else to stay, he stays with them. However, soon 8 robot masters begin attacking 8 different locations and Dr. Light orders Lyric and Mega Man to stop them.
Gameplay[]
The game plays very identically to Mega Man Blast and in turn the original 10 Mega Man games.
