The Matryoshka Doll is a peculiar item debuting in Super Smash Bros. Zenith, based on and named after the Russian matryoshka doll. Similar to its namesake, it appears to be a wooden doll of a little woman, that contains three smaller versions of itself.
Unlike the original doll, the Matryoshka Doll in Zenith will not only release a smaller version of itself when thrown, but also an additional item that can be used on the battlefield. The final doll will also cause an explosion when hit or thrown. In many ways, it is similar to the Capsule item, which is a staple in the Super Smash Bros. series.
