Gameplay[]

Mario: Game Maker is a game which allows people to make their own Mario Games in the style of Super Mario Bros. 3, they can then post them online for millions to play.

World Map Creator[]

The World Map Creator is the first thing that you will use. You can use the World Map Creator to make a world map from different objects, such as grass, sand, snow, water, etc. You then need to add some Paths, which connect the entire world up. Place a starting point where you want the player to start. Then, add some Stages, there can be from 1-99 stages each world. You must have at least one Castle, where you fight a koopaling, Secret Exits are also a thing, where the user finds a secret exit, it will unlock a secret path, which might lead to a Warp Pipe that warps the player to another World, or a shortcut to skip a level or two. After the castle is added, you can then work on other worlds. There is a maximum of 12 worlds per game.

Level Creator[]

Before making a level, you must click on the "Levels" button, then click on a stage. It will bring up all of your levels, first, add a new level, name it something such as "World 1-1", if it's your first level. Then, you will need to edit it. Simmilar to the world map creator, you can add whatever blocks/items you want from Super Mario Bros. 3. Once you are done, you may exit the level editor, as it autosaves, and then you can test your game by simpily clicking "Test" and then moving to a level. After you're there, press "A" on the joycon/classic controller. You can then test your creation.

Publishing[]

All you gotta do to publish your game to the internet is to beat the game, meaning all worlds, even the ones after Bowser's World (if any), then, you can publish your game to the public. People can then rate the game from 1-10 once they beat it. They can also rate each level.
