Manky Kongs are orangutan-like Kongs that appear as enemies in the Donkey Kong series. They debuted in Donkey Kong Country as semi-common enemies. In the game, they attack by throwing barrels across the ground that can damage Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong, similar to how Donkey Kong attacked Mario in the original Donkey Kong arcade game. After dodging the oncoming barrels, the Kongs are able to defeat Manky Kongs with any attack.
