MZD's discovery (MZDの発見 MZD no hakken) is the second main Story Mode arc in Pop'n music Lapistoria 2: Hikari no jumon You must clear Story Tutorial to unlock this main story arc.

Lapistoria is having another Pop-kun reduction incident. The Tsugidoka will only get to point by talking to MZD.
Sypnosis[]
MZD was in his sleep (He is hovering in the air). He noticed a voice singing "My voice... My voice..." He noticed the Tsugidoka coming. Fuga told MZD that there is 1% amount of Pop-Kuns in Lapistoria, and without it, there will be no music here. Hiumi said that there's is no way a human could save Lapistoria. MZD noticed the Lapises in his hand shining bright, ready to take them to Lapistoria. The Tsugidoka gang grabbed their Lapises, and noticed their new attires (which they will soon turn into in this game). MZD thinks that Lapistoria should be destroyed for 100 days. While MZD said "And when it gets destroyed for 100 days...", He is often interrupted by The Tsugidoka gang said "We..." MZD asked them "...You really wanna...do it?" Restu told MZD "Yes," The Tsugidoka used their lapises with their hearts saying "We want to go to Lapistoria!" as all the lapises begin glowing and sparkling, Restu whispered "What happens if Lapistoria gets destroyed for 100 days?" There was a flash of light, and MZD noticed that the Tsugidoka gang were magically transported to Lapistoria, just like before.
