Final Smash Mega Evolution

Lucario is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Calamity.

Changes[]

Lucario no longer a pain-and-gain character, meaning it does not get stronger the more damage it has. Instead, any successful hit increases its aura charge, and if it uses any of its special attacks, the meter will reset.

Double Team is now its spot-dodge; if the opponent attacks Lucario during the starting frames of the spot-dodge, Lucario will fade away and reappear behind them doing a strong flying kick.

Jab, tilts and smash attacks can all be cancelled into each other, giving Lucario more combo potential.

Jab is now Close Combat, which is an infinite and deals more damage.

Forward tilt is now a backhand punch which hits only once.

New up smash, a multi-hitting aura uppercut, which is stronger.

Neutral aerial is now an aerial hurricane kick that is stronger.

Aura Sphere is slower and less powerful.

Aerial Force Palm grab has a new animation, in which Lucario spins around with the opponent in hand and slam them on the ground. Alternatively, Lucario can simply toss them downwards if the direction inputted is down.

New up special, Sky Uppercut, a rising uppercut similar to its up smash. While it is stronger, it covers less distance and is a poor recovery move.

Double Team (which in change is now the first few frames of its spot-dodge) is replaced with Extremespeed, which is a short dash forward (or in the air, diagonally downward), which can be used to evade attacks.

Moveset[]

Lucario can wall cling and wall climb.
