The Koopa Bros. consist of 4 costumed ninja Koopa Troopa brothers named of different colors: Red, Green, Yellow, and Black. They are headstrong and are very aggressive towards some. They are also know for their tricky ways. They have counterparts and rivals in the Shy Guy Bros.

The Koopa Bros. appear as bosses in World 7: Abandoned Aircraft.
Super Mario - Time's at Stake![]
The Koopa Bros. make an appearance as the second mini-boss in the game. They fight with the stats they would have had during the second battle of Paper Mario, had Koopa Jr. not intervened. Luigi's Tell Ability says this: "These Bros. are more extreme than they were before. They want to get the second chance at beating Mario that they never got because of that Koopa brat."
The Koopa Bros.[]
Red[]
Red Ninjakoopa is the leader of the Koopa Bros. He has total authority of them. He is the one who comes up with the plans and is the one that has ways of becoming stronger.
Black[]
Black Ninjakoopa is the possible second-in-command of the Koopa Bros, and the one seen apart from his brothers most often. He is the one who explains what is going on like if there's an intruder such as Mario or if something went wrong.
Yellow[]
Yellow Ninjakoopa is the third one of the brothers. He is notable for making brilliant traps, although being a bit dim-witted.
Green[]
Green Ninjakoopa is probably last-in-command of the brothers. He is mostly notable for his overuse of defence precautions. Interestingly, he looks like a normal Koopa Troopa, he is also one of the few Green Koopa Troopas in the Paper Mario series that are enemies.

- The Koopa Bros. are obviously a spoof of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
