Koolpa is a blue shelled koopa with blue sunglasses, wristbands, and a bandanna. He sometimes has two laser guns.
Abillites[]
Koolpa is highly athletic. He can backflip like Mario can, and can jump very high. He has two laser guns, which he shoots blasts out of. He can also do this while in his Shell. He can sprout wings, becoming Papa-Koolpa.
