Princess Katrina Appleby is a character in Solid Heart Silver, a game from the Solid Heart series, and Ira's older twin sister. She is the vessel of the Tree of Absorbtion, and goes under the codename Nasira. She reveals her true identity as Katrina in chapter 4, and turns out to be the princess of Delta, and that she is the older twin sister of Ira and the daughter of Theodore and Gretchen. Her alter ego is a swordfighter. She has become a very great friend to Rowen Lovecraft since she broke free from the curse.

- Ira Appleby: When they were little, Ira and Katrina would always be protective of one another. Ira would defend her from people who were mean to her while Katrina would defend him from near-death experiences like using swords and knives when he wasn't supposed to. When their homeland got invaded, the twins got abducted and were taken hostage in an orphanage. A few months later, Ira got adopted by a servant of Ventan, and began to miss each her very hard. When Katrina revealed herself to Shiro and the others, Ira swore he saw her somewhere before. The two got to be in their father's team, and when they finally revealed their backstories to one another, they finally realized they were related, and happily embraced.
- Theodore Appleby: When Law kidnapped them, Theo began to forget his son and daughter existed, as well as being married to Gretchen, but Katrina always remembered him and her memories with him. Since part of her was still in the side of her that the tree was possesing, she tried her best to interact with her father again, but Nashi would pull her back and keep fighting. When Katrina was finally released from her mind control, she was very nervous about being with him again, but eventually decided to join him on his adventures.
- Rowen Lovecraft: When Rowen first ran into Katrina under the ego of Nasira, she swears them enemies and they have quite of a rivalry together. When Katrina is lifted of the curse, she becomes very interested in Rowen, and he begins to finds her to be very smart and beautiful.
- Cassandra Darlington: Cassie welcomes Katrina into Theo's team when she is released, and shows her around her new home.
