Hyper Mario Maker is an upcoming, 'fully-fledged' successor of Super Mario Maker 2 released for the Nintendo Switch on the 25th March 2020. Complete with many new themes and level styles, Hyper Mario Maker is different to it's predecessors.
Daily Animations[]
Unlike it's predecessor, Super Mario Maker 2, Hyper Mario Maker has daily animations. Once booted up, a different scene plays depending on the day.
Monday[]
Builder Mario is standing on blocks. A Mega Mushroom falls down onto him, breaking the blocks beneath him.
Tuesday[]
Builder Luigi is standing on Beat Blocks from Super Mario 3D World. When the blocks dissapear, Luigi falls.
Wednesday[]
Builder Toad and Toadette are cowering from a Chain Chomp, which breaks away from it's chain and knocks over both builders.
Thursday[]
Builder Wario charges into an ON/OFF Switch, removing the floor beneath his feet.
Friday[]
Builder Waluigi stands there, doing nothing. Lava rises up and consumes Builder Waluigi.
Saturday[]
Builder Peach glides with her parasol until a gust of wind blows her away.
Sunday[]
All of the builders stand still. The Undodog presses on a Reset Rocket, wiping all of the builders off the screen.
Course Maker[]
Like every other Super Mario Maker game, Course Maker is where you create 'the Mario levels of your dreams'. Compared to the previous games, more items are added through updates and DLC packs. There are many new items unlocked at the start.
