Gloombas are navy blue Goombas that live underground. They are much stronger than their land-dwelling counterparts, and appear in some of the Paper Mario titles and 2D Super Mario games. In platformers, they may take two stomps to defeat.
Most, if not all, Gloombas are part of Bowser's Koopa Troop.
