Flutterai is a Flutter that is a missing a wing that first appears in Stevie the Chain Chomp as one of Player 1's unlockable characters. She is friends with Stevie, Goomby, and Whomparat. A thing quite ironic about her is that she says she flies better without her wing and does not want a fake wing.
