Hmm... a cheat's page?... This is some cheats in the United States (not that they'll help to beat me...), very easily. Lets look at 'colour changes and warps' first, then.

The Bomber:
Right then, if you want to turn Clyde black, pause and press up 7 times. For Green (left), Yellow (right), Blue (down) are the same. To turn Fire Master pink, pause and press up 5 times and right 3 times. Now to warp to Los Angeles level 2 (8-4), pause and press down 3 times, right 7 times and up once. To get to the next Flame Shop, press pause and the up button once.
