Rhythm Heaven: Extreme Mix-Up, known as Rhythm Paradise: Insanity! in Europe and as Rhythm Tengoku: Ultimate Mix!! (リズム天国：究極のミックス！！ Rizumu Tengoku: Kyūkyoku No Mikkusu!!) in Japan, is a game for the Sii K.

Gameplay

The gameplay is similar to other Rhythm Heaven Games, where the player has to do things to the beat of the music. Games come in multiple sets, with each set containing eight games. The eighth game for each set is a Remix. A Remix game is the other seven games mixed together to a different song with different graphics. When a game finishes, you are given a score from 0 to 100 and a letter grade from F to A (plus an S grade for getting 100) which depends on how high your score is.

100	S	Gold	Superb	Yes	Yes	Whoa! This is the highest grade you can get! PERFECT!

When earning medals, you could unlock rhythm toys, endless games, multiplayer games, drum lessons, guitar lessons, and more! You can also go to the cafe, where you can talk to the customer inside, read something you unlocked from a Perfect grade, listen to music unlocked from Perfect grades, view your achievement collection, feed a cow, and buy stuff with Flow Spheres (not the same as medals)

Games with an A grade or higher are eligable for a Perfect grade, where you need to play the game without any misses in order to get ten Flow Spheres and unlock more extras, including something you can read, music you can listen to, and more! However, there are three chances to get a Perfect grade on a game before it switches to another. If you are lucky, you could get an extra three chances to get a Perfect grade on the same game! If you get a Perfect, the word "Perfect" will appear next to the letter grade you recieved. If you got 100 score when getting a perfect, you get twenty Flow Spheres instead of ten, and the text is changed to "True Perfect". If you got 100 score when getting a Perfect and the letter grade is A, The grade goes up to S as well as the word "True Perfect" appearing next to the letter grade. Getting every perfect will unlock something extra good...
