Sonic the Hedgehog 5 (known as Sonic Adventure Ultimate in Japan and New Sonic the Hedgehog in Europe and Australia) is a 2D platformer for the Wii U and 3DS and downloadable only for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Playstation 4, iOS devices, and the WiiWare. It is an addition to the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise and comes after Sonic Lost World. It's developed by Metal Chaos Inc. and published by SEGA. Sonic 5 also comes with playable characters other than Sonic.

Special Stages[]
If You Collect 50 Rings Or More,(Running Into Bankids Does Not Count) A Large Ring Will Appear At The Goal and Sonic Can Jump Into It. This Will Take You Into The Special Stage. In The Special Stage,You Need To Break Crystals To Find A Key. Only One Crystal Will Be Holding The Key,So Look For The Shadow Of The Key. The Key Opens 4 Chests. 1 Chest Holds A Chaos Emerald. The Other 3 Chests Are Empty. Find The Chest With The Emerald To Win.
