Biff is a character from ARMS. He is the commentator and face of the ARMS league.
Description[]
Biff resembles a short, yellow, humanoid creature with an oblong head and an orange, rhombus-shaped mask. Atop his head is a fist-shaped appendage that is capable of the same actions as any other hand would. Like most fighters in the ARMS league, Biff's blue pupils have a spiral pattern, and as such also has the extendable ARMS ability.
Biff also wears a black bowtie and a hands-free microphone.

Biff appears as the commentator during Arena Slugfests in Boss Battles. He is seen as the good counterpart to Bart, his evil twin brother.

- Biff makes cameo appearances in all the ending images of the playable ARMS fighters, ranging from clear, obvious appearances, such as Master Mummy's, to very subtle ones, like Twintelle's. While the Biff cameos are reserved for just one per ending image, there's actually a lot of Biff cameos found in Dr. Coyle's ending image, featuring at least five of them.
