Bunny Link (Japanese: ウサギリンク Usagi Rinku) is the form Link takes when he traverses into the Dark World from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. It is stated that those who enter the Dark World take the form of a creature that represents their true nature, and Link's gentle nature and compassion transformed him into this rabbit form. Unlike Link's later transformation, Bunny Link is completely defenceless; as he can not use items, his shield, nor his sword in this form.
Physical Appearance[]
In this form, Link takes the form of a slightly anthropomorphic pink rabbit. Standing on two legs, the rabbit form Link takes retains his normal Green Tunic, but not any other article of clothing. In Ataru Cagiva's A Link to the Past manga series, Link also retains his hat and hair in this form.
