Super Mario: Quest of the 4 Stars is an upcoming Mario 3D game produced by Sam Station Inc.™ for the Wii, Nintendo 3DS and SamStation. 

The gameplay of the game is really similiar to the Super Mario Bros. 64's one.

This game is the third best seller game produced by the company with the sold of 38 millions of copies.

Gameplay

The gameplay is realy similar to Super Mario 64.

In the game, the player should venture in four diffrent worlds.

• World 1: Goomba Hills
• World 2: Koopa Desert
• World 3: Haunted Boo Mansion
• World 4: The Final World

(The Special World can be unlocked after complete all the worlds by earn all the Star Coins in each level.) The player, when starts the game, had 4 energy notches.

By going more far in the game, the player can get other 4 extra energy notches by earn the Life Mushroom.

Story Mode

Bowser is in the library of his castle to find his cookbook. Accidentally, with his tail, he hits a shelf and drops a dusty old Volume that falls on his head. The old book tells the legend of the four Power Stars scattered in different places of the Mushroom Kingdom. Anyone which brings together the four stars in a common place will have great power over every living being.

The four stars can be found in the areas of the Mushroom Kingdom: the Goomba Plains, near the Princess Peach's Castle, the Koopa Desert, near Daisy's castle in Sarasaland, in an haunted castle and in the cosmos, near a black hole.

So, Bowser, together with Kamek, Bowser Jr. and some members of the Koopa Troop , starts the research for the stars.  Bowser and his troop had found three stars, it remains just one star, the most hard to get, it's near a Black Hole. The Airship needs to be modified for travel in the space, so it takes a lot of time first that Bowser can start the travel in the space.

Unfortunately for Bowser, during the travel, the three Power Stars and the old book taked by Bowser, contained in the hold of the airship, fall down and finish again in the Earth.  One of the Stars falls near the Princess Peach's Caste. In the same time, Mario, Luigi, Peach and Toadsworth are walking around the castle, suddently, the Star Falls in front of they together with the book.

Toadsworth reads the book and tells all about the legend at Mario, Luigi and Peach. In the same time, Bowser, in his airship in space, is looking at Mario and friends with a tellescope. There isn't much time for back on earth for defeat the Mario Bros and get the lost stars, and then back in the space for get the fourth star, so Bowser send his minions and his colleagues kings in the earth for prevent that the Mario Bros. will stop him, while he will go in the space for get the last star. 

In the earth, Mario, Luigi and their friends are ready to venture in this quest after knowing all the story. During the start of their adventure in the Goomba Plains, two Grand Goombas and four Toadies kidnap Peach by order of Bowser. Mario and Luigi get trapped too by a group of Goombas , together with Yoshi, Toad (that they could be obstacles for Bowser's plan) and Toadsworth in a large cage in the Peach Castle's undergrounds. 

World 1 - Goomba Hills

In the first mission of the first world, the player must get out from the underground with our hereos. After exiting from the underground, the player must defeat a group of Goombas near the exit of the castle and then leave. The cannon takes our hereos in the castle's gardens, they must found a cannon that will take them out from the castle.

After exiting from the castle, our hereos will start the quest. The boss of the second level is Mega Goomba, a Goomba that is twice big a Grand Goomba. After defeating the first boss, the players will arrive in the second section of the Goomba Hills, a seaside called Goomba Beach. A pacific town facing the sea, habited by Nokis and Piantas, as been invaded by Bowser's Goombas Troop.

The bosses of the Goomba Beach are Petey Piranha, that tries to attack the player by launch from his mouth puddles of mud, the second boss is Gooper Blooper...

World 1: Goomba Hills

The Goomba Hills is the first world of the game where the Goombas are the main enemies.

The world is set in a large hill. Around the hill, there are four areas: the Plains Area is the nearest place to the Princess Peach's Castle, the Goomba Beach is a beach with a large sea, the Wet Grotto is an area set in the hill's undergrounds, the Chilly Waters is a frozen lake in the snowy part of the hill, and the Blue Sky, an area above the hill which takes to the next world by a cannon: Koopa Desert.
