Francisca (also known as the Frozen General or Bringer of Icy Doom) is a character of the Kirby series, first debuting in Kirby Star Allies. She is a the Three Mage-Sisters that follows orders of Hyness. She attacks Kirby from preventing him from stopping Void Termina's revival.
Francisca is voiced by Reina Ueda in the Japanese version or Colleen O'Shaughnessey in the English version.
Abilities[]
Francisca is able to use her labry to swing it or to enlarge the head and then throw it. This freezes enemies on impact. She is also able to create icicles that freeze the ground. Her strongest attack is a soda gun, which she shakes up and then fires a strong stream of soda.
