Himiko Toga is a female member of The League of Villains.
Appearance[]
Toga has ash blonde hair which she wears in messy buns. Her eyes are yellow. She can often be seen smiling, revealing her unsettling fangs.
She is usually seen wearing a seifuku and a beige cardigan with a red scarf. Knee-length black socks and dark brown dress shoes complete her look. When dressed in her villain clothing, she wears this same uniform with added gadgets.
She has the power to transform into anyone whose blood she drinks, meaning that her appearance occasionally changes.
Personality[]
Toga is a supporter of Stain (who she refers to as Stainy) and due to this she aligns herself with the League of Villains. She is usually shown to be quite violent, fighting people and lusting for blood. Whilst being evil, she presents a playful attitude which can come off as sadistic.
One positive she has is her loyalty, as seen when she defends Magne's pronouns.
