Kirby: A Trip Through Time

Kirby: A Trip Through Time is a new Kirby game that is a bit of a new twist from past Kirby titles. It incorporates certain elements from previous games, while having some unique mechanics of it's own. It is a Action/Platformer, like other Kirby titles, with some familiar concepts. It can be played with a pal if connected via Download Play.

Story

It's a quiet day in Dream Land. The citizens are lounging around, not much to do. We then pan the camera to Kirby and Meta Knight, taking a walk down a simple grassy path. However, without their noticing, a small wormhole is forming in the sky, slowly growing. As it's expanding, a rather odd-looking piece of machinery falls out, hitting the ground, making some tremors. Kirby and Meta Knight are caught off balance, but regain their stability and try to discover what the cause of the upset is. They soon come across the strange thing from the sky. They observe it, as it slowly opens it's eyes. The being scans them, flashes a red light, and begins to glow. Meta Knight is on his guard, in front of Kirby. The strange mechanical wizard opens it's own small void, sucking Kirby and Meta Knight in, which he then enters himself. Later, as the heroes awaken, they discover that they are in Dream Land, however, everything is a bit...off. They then realize that they have actually traveled through time itself! Now, Meta Knight and Kirby must defeat this wizard if they ever wish to get back to their original timeline!

Kirby		It's Kirby! Everybody knows this guy! The lovable pink ball of infinite power, with the ability to inhale his enemies and obtain their functions and powers!
Meta Knight		Watch out for this guy! He's a tough, hard-shelled swordsman who has fought his way through many battles! Though, he looks kinda similar to Kirby...
Helpers		Creatures that help Kirby when he is in need. They contain the powers of each copy ability, and every copy ability has one.
Other Colors of Kirby		There are many other colors of Kirby's species. If you're sick of pink, you could choose yellow, blue, red, green, etc. There are 13 total colors, so far.

Tickity		Tickity is a robotic wizard, who is also the main antagonist of the game. He used the ancient Scepter of Time to send Kirby and Meta Knight to the past.
Mid-Bosses		Almost every Kirby game has these guys. Get one's health down to zero and you'll be able to copy its ability. The mid-bosses in this game are Baby versions of Bugzzy, Bonkers, and Phan-Phan. The game also has three new mid bosses named CO2, Sabre Knight, and Buzzkill. The Meta Knights also occasionally appear as a mid-boss.
