Espurr, known in Japan as ニャスパー (Nyasper), is a Psychic-type Pokémon, resembling a cat with lop-sided ears. It evolves into Meowstic when reaching level 25. Espurr has gained a meme status due to its appearance, most notably its stoic stare.
Biology[]
Espurr is a small, bipedal feline Pokémon that is about as tall as a regular ruler of 12 inches. It has a mussy, gray fur and a ruffled tail. Its small paws and legs are tipped with white fur. Its face consists of large eyes with lavender sclera and large, indigo-colored pupils. Espurr has two large, lop-sided ears which are white-rimmed as well. Hidden underneath each ear is a yellow, ring-shaped organ full of psychic power.
These ring-shaped organs' psychic power is actually powerful enough to blast everything within a 100 meter radius of Espurr. They're so powerful that Espurr has no control over these psychic powers, but Espurr can keep the powers from leaking out by sheltering these organs with its ears, which is why they're usually lop-sided.
