Eiscue is an Ice Pokémon introduced in Generation 8. It doesn't evolve into or from any other Pokémon; however, it DOES have two possible forms. In its regular form, it's immune to all physical moves; however, upon being hit by one, its ice cube head breaks off and reveals its "Noice Face" Form, where it's vulnerable to all moves. If the weather then changes to Hail, it can restore itself back to its original form, but only once.

Basic info

It's a penguin with a block of ice for a head.

All canon Pokémon are available in Tropes vs. Women in Pokémon Training, including Eiscue. It's mostly unchanged from canon in this game, aside from the fact that there is now no limit to how many times it can regenerate its ice face.
