Eep Cheeps are orange variants of Cheep Cheeps that swim away from Mario when he gets too close. Their polar opposite is the Deep Cheep, which chases the player whenever they approach.

Eep Cheep will make his playable debut in Koopa Kart Live as a lightweight racer, along with Cheep Cheep, Deep Cheep, and Spiny Cheep Cheep.
Personality[]
Eep Cheep is, as his name implies, a cowardly Cheep Cheep who hides from anyone or anything, even if he isn't in danger. His cowardly demeanor is why he is a social outcast among the Mario enemies. Because of this, he has to form groups of other Eep Cheeps to protect him.
