Dr. King Boo is the persona King Boo adopts in the Dr. Mario series. Like Dr. Mario and Dr. Luigi, he makes use of Megavitamins to destroy Viruses, and he works alongside them in the Mushroom Kingdom Hospital.
Dr. King Boo's appearance is very similar to how he appears in the Mario spin-offs, being a larger Boo with a crown on his head. He has a doctor's mirror around the crown, and carries a white first-aid kit around his shoulder, which has a Megavitamin symbol on it and has a yellow strap/

Dr. King Boo appears as an alternate costume for King Boo in Mario Kart: Infinity Remix, unlocked after winning a gold trophy on any engine class as King Boo.
