Dr. Boo is the persona a Boo adopts in the Dr. Mario series. Like Dr. Mario and Dr. Luigi, it makes use of Megavitamins to destroy Viruses, and it works alongside them in the Mushroom Kingdom Hospital.
Dr. Boo looks almost identical to a standard Boo, with its only difference being a first-aid kit that it carries around its shoulder, which is white, has a Megavitamin symbol on it, and has a brown strap.

Mario Kart: Infinity Remix[]
Dr. Boo appears as an alternate costume for Boo in Mario Kart: Infinity Remix, unlocked after winning a gold trophy on any engine class as Boo.
