A Copter Koopa.
Copter Koopas are actually just regular Koopa Troopas who wish to fly, appearing in the Super Mario Series. This type of Koopa must have their shell painted tan in order to sport the propeller. Once the propeller is attached, the Koopas will be able to float on air (like a helicopter) and attack their enemy from above.

Super Mario Bros. 6
Copter Koopas appeared in World 7 in Super Mario Bros. 6. Unlike other Flying Koopas, Mario would lose his current ability if he jumped on the propeller. The only way to defeat one was if Mario got a Mega fist and attacked the Koopa from below. A Copter Koopa named King copter Koopa played the role of boss at the end of the world.
Super Mario World: Wii
Copter Koopas reappeared in Super Mario World 3 as a similar enemy called a Koopanic. Koopanics could build a Propeller suit if the Koopa gathered for Propeller pieces before being killed by Mario. They come in the same clor varities as a regular Koopa Troopa.
Super Mario Bros . 7: Mario's Supertastic adventure
Copter Koopas appear in Super Mario Bros. 7: Mario's Supertastic adventure as helpers in Mario's adventure. The Koopas would fly around, and if Mario can reach them, they reward him with a Mushroom. They can appear everywhere except underground.
