Carnivine (Japanese: マスキッパ Muskippa) is a Grass Pokémon debuting in the fourth generation. It does not evolve into or from any other Pokémon and has no alternate forms.

Basic information[]

Found primarily in the Great Marsh, this Venus flytrap-like Pokémon was one of the last Pokémon to be found exclusively in a Safari Zone, a feature that would be dropped for Generation 5 onwards.

This was one of James's Pokémon in the animé, and much like his Victreebel, had a disturbing tendency to want to snack on him.
