Bowser Jr. is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Calamity. Bowser Jr. is Bowser's only offspring, and is loyal to his own father. His first appearance, he impersonates Mario and wrecks havoc at Delfino Isle so he can have the plumber accused and arrested and have Peach kidnapped to be his own mother.
Changes
Forward aerial is different and it is faster and stronger than his previous one.
New forward and back throw.
Stronger new up throw.
Mechakoopa is now his neutral special.
New side special, Magic Paintbrush. It is no longer is a vertical recovery tool unlike Koopa Clown Kart, his former side special.
New down special, Propeller Glide. When used in the air, Bowser Jr. will activate the car’s propeller, slowly gliding for two seconds. On the ground, it can be charged to fly upwards farther. It can be used to recover in the air.
- It cannot be used as a stage control move, unlike Mechakoopa.
Unlock Criteria
- Beat Classic Mode as Bowser without continuing.
- Play fifty VS matches as Bowser.
After completing either one of those criterias, you will face Bowser Jr. on Bowser's Castle. Defeating him will unlock him.
